JOB DESCRIPTIONS

The incumbent will be working as a Warehouse Coordinator. He is required to coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database
• Coordinates and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
• Performs stock taking and general warehouse housekeeping
• Receiving, inspection, locating, storing, safekeeping, issuing, preparing & Shipping of goods
• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished products as needed
• To operation Forklift & Reach Truck as needed
• Stuffing and unstuffing of containers
• Managing day to day warehouse operations together with other Warehouse Coordinators
• Performs other related or adhoc duties when assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR SKILLS REQUIREMENT

• Minimum GCE 'N' or ‘O’ level / NITEC in any relevant discipline
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in similar functions / positions
• Possess a Forklift License

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic understanding Office Equipment’s (Scanners, printers & Outlook)
• Basic Knowledge for DG products
• Excellent organization skill sand attention to detail
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgement relative to inventory

OTHER INFORMATIONS:

• 5.5 Days work week (Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm and Sat - 8:30am to 12:30pm)
