Warehouse/Counter Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• 
  Receiving and storing incoming products, including unloading shipments and accurately recording quantities and types of products received
• 
  Organizing and maintaining the warehouse, including ensuring that products are stored in an orderly and accessible manner, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• 
  Assisting customers with finding products, answering questions about products, and processing sales transactions
• 
  Restocking shelves and keeping track of inventory levels
• 
  Processing orders, including picking and packing products for shipment, and preparing them for transport
• 
  Handling returns and exchanges, including assisting customers with returning or exchanging products and handling related paperwork
• 
  Performing inventory counts as needed
• 
  Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
• 
  Providing assistance to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent
• 
  1-3 years of experience working in a warehouse or retail environment
• 
  Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
• 
  Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Basic math skills and attention to detail
• 
  Ability to lift heavy objects(up to 50 lbs)
