Responsibilities:

• Ensure zero accidents - encourage safety culture, observe & correct non-compliances
• Manage and ensure general warehouse housekeeping is maintained at the highest standard
• Manage daily warehouse operations & customer requests
• Ensure Warehouse operations are in accordance to SOP
• Coordination after hours urgent request
• Act as link with internal & external customers
• Manage, investigate customer's complain and reporting
• Coach and train staff
• Monitor, ordering of consumable and safety stock
• Monitor and track staff attendance records
• Coordinate with MHE vendors for repairs
• Monitor staff training (internal & external)
• Plan & organize stock checks in meeting department KPI
• Other ad-hoc tasks assign by Superior

Requirements:

• Strong operational experience in warehousing and practicing warehouse practices
• Good leadership & communication skills
• Minimum 3 years experience in Warehouse & Logistics Management
• Independent, resourceful & meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
• Clearly indicate reason of leaving, last drawn & expected salary
