YOUR ROLE

• Supervise warehouse associates.
• Direct receiving, shipping, and production material deliveries.
• Comply with safety, hazardous material handling and storage, and other regulatory requirements and internal procedures affecting material control operations.
• Responsible for monitoring inventory levels of raw material, packaging components, intermediates, third party, and finished good stock consistent with business requirements while meeting end customer service levels.
• Manage and control operating expenses and departmental costs.
• Responsible for inventory control, inventory levels, and execution of cycle counting.
• Proactively and effectively participate in the continuous improvement process both individually and as an assigned member of cross-functional teams.
• Monitors output versus plan in all functional areas of responsibility, identifies and resolves issues, and adjust plans, as necessary.
• Supports 5S, Clean, Safe working environment, and audits for success.
• Provides growth and continuous learning opportunities for warehouse associates.
• Builds open communications with all assigned associates and internal customers and takes action to resolve issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Interacts with internal & external business partners at all levels.
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree + 5 yrs Warehouse experience or equivalent preferred. In lieu of a bachelor's degree will consider a combination of work experience and education.
• Ability to supervise and lead associates to ensure high levels of performance.
• Strong experience with WMS/ERP systems and tools. SAP experience preferred.
• Results driven with effective written and oral communication.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks including ability to handle pressure in a positive manner.
• Ability to create solid working relationships at all levels.
• Effectively work in a team environment.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
