The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Receive of parcels in gunny bags or pallets and ensure that quantities received tally with delivery orders
- Scan incoming parcels (inbound)
- Carry out sorting activities in centre
- Perform scanning tasks as assigned
- Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT) for new hires on the hub standards and processes
- Report to Distribution Centre team lead
- Able to handle parcels in gunny bags or pallets
- Physical work is required
- Comfortable handling computer or Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)
- Able to work for night shift according to campaign and business needs when necessary
- Keen learner who can thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
