With Valid Forklift Licence preferred
1. Responsibilities:
- Record and update receiving information to QC reports / excel template.
- Conduct QC check in accordance and Ensure QC items meet quality requirements as stated in the quality document.
- Update quality results into QC module/system or excel template.
- Generate QC reports and share with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in quality improvement meetings/initiatives/ projects.
- Seek and carry out disposition with regards to failed QC items.
- Reject failed QC items from suppliers and transfer failed QC items to non-conforming storage area.
- Manage and housekeep non-confirming storage area.
- Provide on-the-job training to new staff on items quality checks, enabling them to perform in their roles.
- Any other jobs as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in quality check / control in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
- Experience in leading a small team.
- Prior hands-on experience in warehousing and/or QC related platforms/system modules.
- Forklift license
