Copia Resources is looking for Route Crew Members to assist Route Drivers in servicing the trash areas of our client's properties and maintaining our standard of service. Route Crew Members service trash enclosures/rooms at client property sites by sorting recyclable items, sweeping and maintaining enclosure appearance. Loading and removal of bulk items from properties will occur daily as well.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Sort trash, recycling and compostable materials from different bins.

- Clean and maintain client trash areas by sweeping all trash rooms/ enclosures.

- Pull out trash and recycle bins on service days when necessary.

- Haul away bulk items (furniture, appliances, household items) when necessary

- Maintain a clean warehouse and truck at all times

- Using a company device, the Crew Member is responsible for properly taking and storing before and after pictures, documenting the visit and the work performed.

Job Requirements:

- Ability to push and pull a wheeled bin weighing 600+ lbs

- Able to work the following shift: Monday - Friday from 4:00 am until the route is complete. Overtime is mandatory. We work together as a whole shop and support our other teams when needed.

- Ability to repetitively lift 75+ lbs

- Follows instructions from Route Driver and Supervisors while working safely, quickly, and efficiently

- Required to wear company non-slip steel toe boots

- Must work well with others and represent the company and its standards professionally

- Ability to send text messages and picture messages by cell phone

- Ability to make decisions and think outside of the box

- Experience in waste management or recycling (a plus but not required)

- Communicate efficiently

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (1 point or less with approval from company's car insurance for possible promotion)
