Wander + Whimsy is a floral design studio based in Lanham, Maryland that creates artful, organic, personalized floral and event designs for their wedding and corporate event clients and we’re growing FAST. We are seeking a knowledgeable, artistic, efficient, self-starter to join our team as a social media assistant. Learn all the ins and outs of being a part of a floral design team.

This position is to join our wedding set up and breakdown team. Most wedding events happen between Thursday through Sunday. Must be available to work one wedding per month.

No floral design experience necessary. Unlimited positions available.

Starting immediately. Contractor position. No floral design experience necessary. $15/hr for set up and a flat rate of $75 for breakdown. Breakdown generally takes between 1-3 hrs.

Responsibilities Include:

- Assist with floral designs onsite

-Load and unload supplies and inventory

-set up event rentals and floral designs

-Clean up and strike event at the end of the evening

Requirements:

- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Valid Driver's License
