Responsibilities

• Organise and plan photoshoots and weddings for clients

• Coordinating photoshoot plans, requirements and deliverables between clients and our team

• Provide timely, friendly and accurate communication to clients

• Building positive relationship with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services throughout the entire journey

• Serve as a highly knowledgeable point of contact for clients to advise and recommend services to clients

• Ensure and maintain accurate record of clients’ wedding and photoshoot requirements and services

Requirements

• Detail oriented and organised

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Presentable and have a pleasant personality

• Able to work well under pressure when handling complaints

• Can commit to retail hours, weekends and public holiday for the long-term

• 1 year experience in customer service in tourism/hospitality is a plus

• Candidates with NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent are welcome to apply

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
