Winery Sous Chef and Line Cook
Full-Time
10am-6pm
$16-$20/hour plus tips
Join a beautiful Amity winery as a full-time Sous Chef or Line Cook! We are seeking two talented individuals to create delicious cuisine for our guests, expertly paired with our award-winning wines. Our monthly-changing menu utilizes ingredients from our on-site garden. You will work closely with our Executive Chef to execute menu items, set-up and clean-up the kitchen, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of kitchen experience, specific culinary training (preferred), effective teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and respectful communication.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Uniformly and efficiently execute final plating of menu items (updated monthly) based on the design of the Chef
Setup, breakdown and clean-up/sanitation of kitchen and corresponding areas
- Take specific direction on food preparation and presentation
- Work quickly and efficiently in a face-paced environment
- Additionally, you must be available on weekends, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and hold a Food Handler license.
