Wire bonders ASM ( Xtreme Eagle ,GOCU)
Knowledge of advance parameters
Understand and knowledge of advance calibrations.
Creation of new recipes
Full deployment of new recipes in machines
Knowledge in set up the machine
Preventive maintenance
Corrective maintenance
High sense of quality
5 years experience
Wire bonder operators
Wire bonders K&S ( Iconn , Icoon MEM Pluss ELA, Procu , Procu Pluss, Rapid Pro)
Wire bonders ASM ( Xtreme Eagle ,GOCU)
Knowledge in operate gold wire and copper wire
Knowledge of basic parameters
Knowledge in basic operations
Remove basic failures.
High sense of quality
Basic calibrations
3-5 years experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
