Job Summary:

To become successful in this role and a value to the Company, this team member will manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. In this role, you will be supporting the Executive and Corporate team as you plan for, prepare and welcome guests – both internal team members and business partners and customers. Additionally, you will support the Kinetic Advantage team with necessary supplies and oversight of the office.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve visitors by energetically and politely greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Oversee Kinetic office suite and maintain proper supplies and working conditions for the greater Kinetic team
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe workplace through daily duties that include cleaning common areas as required
- Distribute mail – UPS, FedEx, and USPS
- Report suite issues to property management
- Stock breakrooms and inventory supplies weekly as well as manage supply needs for the team
- Assist with lunches, as needed, for Executives and Employee/Visitor Luncheons
- Event planning for Executive team, Corporate office and Corporate guests including, but not limited to: dinner & lunch, hotel, flight reservations and meeting organization and scheduling
- Ability to collaborate with others through good communication skills
- React as needed to any travel or schedule conflict
- Administer the Kinetic Merchandise Store
- Oversee shipments to the field team and others as necessary
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Three (3) or more years of relevant experience required
- College Degree preferred
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully prioritize your day
- High attention to detail
- Compassion and ability to maintain composure
- Good organizational, clerical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Telephone, computer literacy, and software competencies
- Familiarity with administrative concepts, procedures, and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Approachable and displays integrity and trust
- Ability to successfully engage with all levels of employment
- Proficient listening skills
- Ability to work independently
- Bilingual is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Ability to operate computer and office equipment, maintain paper files, move about an office environment
- Must be able to move objects up to 20 pounds
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
