Job Description:

Global Sustainable Finance Group (GSFG) & ABS Banking connection:

• ABSF, in partnership with the Global Sustainable Finance Group, is building out its capabilities in the renewables sector, specifically in residential, commercial and industrial and community solar
• ESG/renewables focused ABS is becoming more important to investors when purchasing ABS bonds, and ABSF is making a push to increase its footprint in the sector
• Products in the space include debt warehousing, term ABS underwriting as well as tax equity

Responsibilities include:

• Assist deal teams during live ABS transaction execution as well as structuring of secured lending transactions
• Assist with development of presentations for client pitches, sales memos, case studies, or other relevant presentations & spreadsheets related to deal execution
• Participation in internal and potential client-facing meetings, due diligence and other relevant calls
• Conducting issuer & investor database research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 2-4 years of total work experience preferred.
• Technical/modeling expertise is required
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
• Clear communication skills, strong writing and interpersonal skills, and outstanding work ethic.
• Must be proactive and demonstrate ownership and initiative taking.
• Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management capabilities.
