Our Consulting Services offering involves deploying Professionals who can help with Deployment, Incremental Value realization, Integration Plan/Design. We work with top Logistics Products in the market including but not limited to BlueYonder, Manhattan associates, SAP to name a few.
• We are currently hiring Associate Business Consultants where your core focus is to ensure customers realize value from their Blue Yonder Transportation Management solutions (TMS).

Role Scope

The Associate Business Consultant is an entry-level role that will work with Blue Yonder customers to better understand their needs and how Blue Yonder’s TMS products or services will fit those needs. The. This role will capture design details, assist in configuration, working with Optimization engine, Write/modify optimization strategies, testing the functionality implemented, support go-live and client activities regarding implementation projects under a mentorship of Solution architect. A successful Associate Business Consultant will be a self-learner, Team player , and have great interpersonal and communication skills.

• We offer a 3 step immersive training program - Introductory training, Onboarding and on the job expert support
• Upon successful completion of the training program, C7 HR team will pursue consulting roles with BY-TMS customers. Up to 25% travel might be required within the US.
• This is a virtual position: no requirement to relocate to an office
• Targets Bachelor STEM degree holders and Freshers

Responsibilities

• With guidance and direction from Solution Architects or senior team members, this position will assist and support all aspects of Blue Yonder’s implementation activities
• Supports the project team as the scribe during meetings in design, construct, test, deploy, and transition phases
• Creates functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers' business objectives
• Assists and supports project team with configuration and testing of the designed solution
• Assists and supports project team with configuring the optimization engine and test strategies by running ‘what-if’ analysis of the customer’s transportation network
• Assists and supports customer with their testing and training activities
• Prepares and delivers presentations for user, project team management audiences
• Execute training to end users
• Provides non-technical support during the 'go-live' period
• Act as the liaison of the project team to deliver findings of basic reported issues to the client
• Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project

Qualifications

• Available for Full-Time Employment (min. 40 hours weekly) starting July 2023
• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering Degree highly preferred
• Basic understanding of supply chain Industry
• Understanding of basic SQL
• Be a self-learner and have appetite to work on future technologies including AI/ML
• Excellent presentation skills and demonstrated experience
• Ability to make sound decisions with a high degree of problem solving capability
• Capable of facilitating meetings (design sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming, etc.)
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills to include the ability to mentor, coach and train
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision after a period of training
• Flexible and maintains a teamwork attitude

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
