ELITE MOTORS SALES ADVISOR POSITION
Earning potential 40-100K+ salary & commission

Elite Motors is a high volume dealership with a modern, state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of Lake County. We have over 300+ pre-loved cars ready to go.
As a Sales Advisor, you will receive training as well as support and training from the in-store Management team. Most of our Managers have been in the industry for 25+ years; and offer years of experience to guide you on your road to success. Retail Sales Advisors will have access to several lead generating sites as well as an advanced CRM tool to assist in producing sales. Sales Advisors will also be responsible for self generating leads too.

Trusted Sales Advisor- Job Qualifications:
- Previous dealership experience is a huge plus but not required.
- Professional dress code.
- Comfortable with compensation based on salary and commission sales
- Enthusiastic and persuasive with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in overcoming objections and negotiating pricing preferred not required
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishing a relationship with potential buyers through using training methods taught.
- Showcase all vehicles, as well as promote any sales specials.
- Guiding buyer through payment and financing options
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Adhere to company SOP’s
- Open Floor
