- Partner and collaborate with subject matter experts, crews, and IT teams across the organization to deliver automation solutions in a dynamic environment
- Partner with senior management to build awareness, assess opportunities for new technologies and maximize value/impact of the function.
- Lead, consult and implement process optimization and digital transformation initiatives across all business functions considering the latest technological trends
- Push forward the capabilities and performance of the team to strengthen and expand the service offering of the unit which aligns with the business needs for today and the future.
- Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders and prospective internal clients & manage all aspects of the project, including the project management office (PMO).
- Analyze business requirements, design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and develop best practices
- Drive workshops and host progress meetings and steering committees with management.

Our COE (Center of Excellence) team in F2B Digitization Organization help UBS business functions implement their digital strategy and accomplish their ambitions in the areas of emerging technologies like RPA (Robotic Process Automation), OCR (Optical Character Recognition), Machine learning Models, Advanced Analytics, Cognitive Automation.
The COE team is at the intersection of business, technology, and innovative thinking. We accompany functions across all businesses to build a sustainable transformation, combining the power of emerging technologies with a profound understanding of UBS businesses. The team works in close collaboration with different functions and business divisions to achieve its goals.

Your expertise
- ideally automation and consulting experience with a prominent or boutique consulting firm, maintaining a focus on business analysis in digital transformation and modern technologies
- strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills
- the ability to understand the current business processes, perform front to back assessments, define business cases, optimize and define the target process with the support of automation and digitalization toolsets, produce a target process qualification documents & agree on the benefit cases
- experience to work hand in hand with the delivery teams to define a target solution, act as a bridge between the delivery and business teams across the software delivery phase
- a strong written and verbal communicator, able to adapt and network across a global organization to work well with the team and to present well to stakeholders
- highly driven and motivated with a can-do attitude and eager to learn and to solve complex problems
- experience with transformation tools and hands on working experience in one or more of the following areas: RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Cognitive Automation is a plus
- passionate about change and always looking to improve processes
- highly self-motivated and can inspire other people
- curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently as well as in a team and generating innovative ideas and providing process improvement and automation solutions
- organized, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment
- a confident and effective communicator across all levels of technical and business experience
