Founded in 2006, Microvast is an innovator of Li-ion battery technology. We continue to succeed due to the passion, focus, and expertise of our people, and we now need a Business Analyst. Director, to manage and track operational expenses and manufacturing costs so leadership positions can effective measure and improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Reports to COO
• Plan, implement and manage operational financial strategy.
• Accurately assess and capture manufacturing and product costs
• Constantly suggest ideas for improvement and process optimization
• Set up KPIs for financial performance.
• Monitor and present KPI reports regularly.
• Lead and manage operations budget process.
• Perform return on investment calculations.
• Assist with capital expenditure projects.
• Make versus buy assessments.
• Annually improve operational profitability.
• Performed other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous working experience as Director of Finance for at least 5 years
• Thorough knowledge of corporate financial operations
• Hands on experience with MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions to problems.
• Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
