Catalytic Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our rapidly growing healthcare staffing firm. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in both clinical and non-clinical healthcare staffing. This includes nurturing relationships with prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and working closely with our team to find the most qualified candidates for our facilities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders. They should also have a proven track record in sales and business development within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients.
• Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare professionals.
• Regularly reporting on sales results and forecasting future business opportunities
