We are looking for An effective Call Center Representative with solid sales skills. They should be great at and willing to listen, as they must regularly listen to assist with the scheduling process. A robust Call Center Representative candidate can also handle pressure well, as they may have to take customers who are frustrated and discouraged about a service. Call Center Representatives need to have positive attitudes to make customers feel better by the end of the conversation.

The best candidate for this position must be a polite professional. The call center representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response. To be a successful call center representative, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, efficient, and polite

  • Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly matter
  • Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service
  • Provide information on the company’s services and generate interest in the offer
  • Research needed information using available resources
  • Make appointments
  • Route calls to other team members whenever needed
  • Make relevant notes from customer interactions
  • Identify any issues that customers might be struggling with
  • Report on customer feedback
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Manage & update customer databases
  • Boost customer loyalty by offering a proper experience over the phone
  • Proficiency with computers, strong typing skills.

Bilingual/ Spanish is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
