Do you have a passion for helping others? Do you want to make a difference in someone's life? We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Caregiver to join our team in Ludlow.

As a Home Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. You will assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication management, personal care, and companionship.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience or willingness to be trained
• Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Must have a compassionate and patient attitude towards our clients

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Remind medications according to the client's care plan
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Maintain open communication with the client's family and healthcare team
