We are hiring at Star Zone Smoke Shop in Woodland, CA!

We are looking for a cashier/sales associate that is knowledgeable in the glass & vape industry, but also willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in store sales.
• Superior product knowledge by staying up to date with the newest products.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Requirements:

• Retail sales experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
• The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Due to California state laws you have to be 21 or older to sell tobacco or vape products.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
