You will join as a Vice President to help our Merchant Services Team in US, reporting to the Head of Checkout Solutions. As a Product Manager, you'll manage the product roadmap for checkout and value added services around checkout. You'll be responsible for owning and driving the Checkout features like Tax/Shipping/e-Commerce, plugins, etc. on growing and scaling Frictionless Checkout, future products and features we dream up, and partnering closely with engineering to build a platform that can support millions of customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Define Product requirements and lead successful execution of initiatives that enable payments processing solutions for JPMC merchants. This includes development of end to end user experience for our global payments products.
• Engage closely with engineering and architecture to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs.
• Merchant focus: Create merchant adoption strategies by building support for prototypes, pilot projects and developer tools.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and write user stories.
• Collaborate and influence product outcomes in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders - Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and UED
• Data-focused- decision-making: Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and market analysis for a decision making

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• Overall 7+ years experience building software products and minimum 3-5 years of relevant financial services experience. Prior experience in checkout, payments and Fin-tech is a must.
• Background in API product development, tax/shipping integration & working on ecommerce platforms(big commerce, Adobe Commerce) is a plus.
• Strong desire to build API solutions, open banking, and technology trends that impact our business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of merchant/consumer problems
• Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to post-launch
• A get-things-done attitude to make your product and team successful. Whether that means writing requirements or investigating the root cause of a customer support ticket
• An obsession for getting the details right, but also knowing how to ship on time
• Motivation to question assumptions and validate hypotheses
• Familiarity with BDD, SQL and APIs (Swagger)
