Position Summary

Working from our office in Pensacola, Florida, the Registrar is responsible for the timely and accurate maintenance and processing of student official transcripts, managing course validation procedures, and performing additional support services. This job class requires attention to detail, organization skills, and the knowledge of specialized areas of school administration policies and procedures.

The Registrar will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks:

• Entering student information into the school and district information systems, including but not limited to registrations, course enrollments, and transcripts;
• Maintain current knowledge of Federal and state enrollment, credit, and student privacy regulations;
• Generating reports as requested;
• Answering the phones;
• Follow up with local school district for transcript request and interpretation, and student records;
• Request and update college/dual enrollment transcripts;
• Manage the course validation process;
• Assist with a wide variety of daily responsibilities;
• State and district data reporting;
• Assisting with state testing preparations and reports; and
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and web-based applications is essential
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Travel is required for district meetings, school events, and state testing
