Corporate Finance, Global Investment Banking - (220001PE)
- Be part of the Corporate Finance team in supporting the Equity Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisition activities in the Global Investment Banking Division
- Assist in preparing pitch books, presentations, research, valuation models, trading comparables, etc
- Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis on companies/ industries/ markets
- Perform financial analysis for company valuations, comparable peer analysis and trend analysis including analysing financial statements
- Participate in the execution of the Equity Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisition deals, including due diligence and regulatory processes
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university with excellent academic results
- Fresh graduates with corporate finance internship experience or candidates with one to three years of working experience in the financial or accounting industries
- Passionate for a long-term career development in the investment banking industry
- Analytically and numerically inclined with strong financial and accounting knowledge
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Highly motivated, independent, self-disciplined and results oriented
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task on different assignments/ projects
- Excellent command of English, other languages is a plus
- Familiar with Bloomberg is a plus
- CMFAS licensed in Advising on Corporate Finance is a plus
