This position is based in our call center located at 830 E Platte Ave Suite D, Fort Morgan, CO 80701.

Credit and Collection Team hours of operation are as follows:

Monday – Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (rotating shift)
Sunday: Closed

On-call and Saturday shifts are done on rotating basis.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Making outbound calls regarding past due and delinquent accounts.
• Receiving inbound calls in order to prevent customer accounts from reaching a delinquent status.
• Addressing customer inquiries and issues related to collections or general service activity.
• Calling customers to advise of past due balances.
• Working with customers to set up appropriate payment arrangements
• Writing off delinquent accounts and processing for our outside collection agency.

Qualifications:

Viaero's Credit and Collections Representatives need to have:

• Outstanding verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• A pleasant phone voice and excellent phone etiquette.
• The ability to learn about our plans, services, and billing systems.
• Fantastic, demonstrated customer service skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.

Previous experience in customer service, collections, sales, or call center is preferred. Candidates must be able to successfully pass all pre-employment checks which include background and substance screen.
