Job Details for Customer Care Representative:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM, with flexibility to work 2-3 late nights a week (11:00am-7:00pm). One rotational Saturday a month from 10:00am-3:00pm.
• Pay Rate: $20/hour
• Temp-to-hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Care Representative:

• Answer basic questions regarding NJ auto, home and umbrella policies, coverages, and premiums.
  
• Develop and maintain complete product knowledge of all three lines (Auto, Homeowner and Umbrella) for NJ.
  
• Accurately enter and update policy information into the various processing systems and handle phone inquiries.
  
• Meet and/or exceed the expectations of customers and agents, always providing professional and efficient service through positive interactions and extensive product knowledge.

Job Requirements for Customer Care Representative:

• College degree and/or NJ Property & Casualty license are preferred.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication and organizational skills.
  
• Excellent computer/data entry and math skills.
  
• High energy and motivation to follow up and take ownership.
  
• Fluent in English/Spanish (a plus).
