Job Description

Pure Energy Inc. is recruiting for a highly motivated Customer Retention Specialist. The ideal candidate will be able to showcase effective oral and written communication and must have a sales background or experience working in a call-center.

Responsibilities

• Listen to, and address customer concerns and needs
• Troubleshoot and problem solve customer complaints/concerns to avoid cancellations
• Meet call goals and objectives
• Collaborate with supervisors and other staff to resolve customer issues
• Able and willing to adhere to department & company SOPs and expectations
• All other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Coachable and motivated to achieve goals
• Highly skilled oral and written communicator
• Organized with a clear attention to detail
• Team-oriented, able to collaborate and problem solve with others
• Personable, professional, and accountable
• Basic understanding of call center operations
• Proficient with use of a computer and call systems/software

Preferred

• Bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English
• Proven experience as a retention specialist

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly + Commission DOE
