Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $17.50-20/hr based on experience

- Use of excellent communication skills to successfully negotiate disputes with merchants and/or members
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Must be able to work well independently and within a team
