MMC Group is looking for Customer Service Reps in Albany, NY!!! INTERVIEW THIS WEEK!!! IMMEDIATE HIRES!!

Spanish Speakers - $16.00/hr paid training and increased to $16.50/hr after training.

Non-Spanish Speakers Starting at $15.00/hr paid training and increased to $16.00/hr after training.

$400.00 sign on Bonus after 90 days!!!

Job Duties:

• Respond to and resolve on the first call, customer service inquires and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs such as benefits, eligibility and claims, financial spending accounts and correspondence.
• Educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care, guiding them on topics such as selecting the best benefit plan options, maximizing the value of their health plan benefits and choosing a quality care provider.
• Assist customers in navigating site while encouraging and guiding them towards becoming self-sufficient in using these tools.

Skills:

• Customer service experience
• Problem solving skills

Education:

• HS diploma or equivalent

Training Hours:

• 3 weeks Mon-Fri 830am to 430pm

Regular shift hours:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 to 7:00 pm No weekends!!
• No Holidays!!!'

Pay: $15.00 - $22.50 per hour
