JOB SUMMARY

· PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

o Liaise with end-users and build good rapport;

o Plan, coordinate and involve in end-user training for system implementations and enhancements (implementations and enhancements);

o To provide training to end-user when required;

o First level of support for all issues reported by the end-users;

o To be able to classify reported issue correctly;

o To prepare and present monthly progress report;

o Prepare and draft incident report if required;

o To track and ensure all issues reported are closed within SLA and all enhancements are accepted within agreed timeline;

o To provide any technical support, e.g. printer configuration.

o Ability to work shift to provide 24 x 7 support including weekend.

o Required to work on-site.

(C) SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Able to provide 24*7 standby support when required;

· Performs any other duties as assigned.

i) Education

Essential

Preferred

Recognized Professional Certificate /Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT or equivalent

Recognized Professional Certificate /Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT or equivalent

ii) Experience/ Knowledge

2. Good communication skills

3. Ability to track issues from creation till closure closely

4. Ability to work on shift to support after office hours and weekends.

Salary: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
