Bulla Gastrobar is looking Dishwashers for our Charlotte, NC location. The Dishwasher position is a challenging position where you will contribute your expertise to help achieve the restaurant’s objectives in cleanliness, sanitation, guest service and satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Managing Partner.

Responsibilities and Duties of a Dishwasher

• Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately.
• Dishwashers also ensure that each dish machines adequately maintained, and the dish room and environment are kept sanitary, clean, and organized.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes.
• Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas.
• Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Empty and clean kitchen trash receptacles then take trash/ garbage to the dumpsters
• Always Follow sanitation policies
• Assist kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak time
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills of a Dishwasher

• Requires the ability to Stand, stoop, bend and twist for the duration of shifts.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs at any given time.
• Available to work flexible hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• At all times provides a favorable image of company to coworkers and guest.
• Must be able to provide own transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
