Job description

We are seeking a District Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the stores in our Dayton market.

Responsibilities:

• Training General Managers and restaurant teams to perform their jobs effectively.
• Ensuring that all restaurants are operating in accordance with proper food safety and sanitary standards.
• Reviewing schedules, inventories, sales results, and customer service data
• Serving as a point of contact for restaurant team members to address concerns or questions with corporate
• Interacting with guests and ensuring high levels of guest service, training, and motivating teams to delight our customers.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success at the multi-unit level.

Candidates should be able to work 50 hours up to 6 days per week, must have reliable personal transportation, and must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000 per year

Bonus: Up To $22,000 per year
