See Yourself as a Document Management Specialist

As the Document Processing Specialist is responsible for performing file preparation, document classification, and data validation pre-underwriting tasks using our Content Management Software. The Document Processing Specialist ensure their tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy, and within target time frames.

See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities
This is a temporary full time position working 37.5 hours per week

Schedules can fall between 8:00am - 8:00pm

• Classify mortgage loan documents with Radian’s established nomenclatures

• Ensure mortgage document pages are accurately stacked and assembled by document type

• Maintaining high productivity measurements and process quality goals

• Assists the team in related projects, and other assigned duties, as required

• Ensure sensitive information (NPI) is protected at all times and is strictly confined to work related activities.

Your Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

• Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED

• Work Experience: 1 or more years of prior work-related experience (Mortgage, Banking, Finance)

Additional Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to accuracy and details.

• Ability to multitask effectively.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy at a fast pace.

• Self-motivated to achieve goals and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity working in multiple window interface system environment.

• Adaptable to change, quick to adopt new procedures and follow instructions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexible in working weekly rotating shifts between 8:00am to 8:00pm eastern.

• Experience performing consumer related data entry function preferred.

• Familiarity with Mortgage Documents / Mortgage experience a plus.

Preferred Education Level: Associates Degree /Technical Degree

Preferred Years of Prior Work-Related Experience: Technical/ Computer: 1-3 years, Supervisory: None

• Encourages teamwork and promote a positive work environment.

• Maintains confidentiality on non-public and client sensitive information.

• Performs all assigned tasks in a safe manner according to Company Policy.
