Our approach relies on intentional practices of observation, documentation and reflection, and as such, applicants must be comfortable with verbal and written means of communicating children's learning.

We are looking for Educators,

• Responsible for collaborating with classroom team educators to implement best practices.
• Teaching teams work together to create an emergent curriculum that is developmentally appropriate and aligned with our approach and the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Our ideal Assistant Educators should meet the following:

• 3 or more years of experience working with children under 5 years old.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Training or experience of working within a Reggio Emilia inspired context is highly desirable.
