Job description

We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve cocktails to our customers. Weddings, Private Parties around Minneapolis/St.Paul and Wisconsin. Must have previous bartending experience. Variety of job types including weddings, birthday parties, retirements, bachelorette/bachelor parties and mixology classes.

Most gigs are on weekends. No major holidays. We pay for drive time. To succeed as a bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to all assigned events on time.
• Set-up your workstation according to the assigned playbook.
• Have knowledge of cocktail recipes, and be able to make useful suggestions to patrons.
• Create/serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholics.
• Maintain the stock and cleanliness of your workspace.
• Break-down and put away all items at the end of the night.
• Clean up duties
