The Role
The administrative staff at Fidelity plays a vital role in the company's success, and those individuals serving in these positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of their group, department, or organizational team. We are seeking a motivated, diligent administrative professional.
You will demonstrate strong multi-tasking and self-organization skills, excellent PC skills, and a polished, professional presence to interact with senior leaders and peers across Fidelity. The Executive Administrative Assistant will support the Head of HR for Enterprise Technology and will help to keep the ET Human Resources senior leadership team organized and effective by providing critical administrative support.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience, with strong PC skills including Microsoft office expertise
- Handle the scheduling, preparation and administration of meetings including coordination of facilities, and distribution and archival of meeting materials
- Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, and prepare expense reports
- Coordinate and plan events such as management meetings, recognition events, site-level group events, etc.
- Build presentations, data spreadsheets and word documents
- Support travel planning and logistics, work with company travel agent to coordinate travel arrangements
- Work independently to prioritize, coordinate and connect with all management levels, internally and externally, as well as other administrative staff across the company, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Exercise judgment, tact, and discretion on behalf of the Head of ET HR when supporting executive management, internally and externally
- Assist in special projects, ad hoc requests as assigned

$59,000 - $82,250 per yearThis position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
