An established company in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an Executive Assistant to support three senior executives. This position requires advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and a high level of confidentiality.
This direct-hire position with a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, travel, and meetings
- Manage large Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Assist CFO with financial presentations
- Plan logistics of events, such as trade shows, conferences, and catered lunches
- Perform various administrative support tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor
