To assist and support Team Lead in shaping the desired staff behaviours/ attributes through design of ActiveSG policies and guidelines that define the operating parameters and boundaries for its executing divisions to achieve shift of heart and mind, and to cultivate the stewardship of public resources as a core value. This will help enable that processes designed by the executing divisions are integrated to assure : - Flexibility which incorporate measures to track process ability to respond & adjust to changing needs, trends and feedback. - Sustainability. Executive divisions are able to operationalise the policy intent in an efficient manner while retaining the ability to sustain growth and innovations - Strength. Through clear alignment with doctrine, regulations /standards, corporate policies & processes, combined with effective training and rollout. In this role, you will: - Assist and support in conducting first level of assurance audits - Support in the development of longer-term ActiveSG policies with a view to achieve Vision 2030 - Support in the shaping of the desired behaviours/attributes through the ActiveSG Resilience Framework and other policies - Assist in the updating and maintaining accuracy of policies and documentation - Assist to design, develop and implement the Risk Governance in ActiveSG - Assist to develop the plans to foster Collaborative Partnership with other agencies' Centre of Excellence, Academia or SMEs.

Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following; - General Degree - At least 3-5 years in similar role (Fresh Graduates are welcome) - Exposure to a risk management function such as internal auditor or compliance officer would be advantageous - Exhibits proactiveness and have a strong sense of ownership in the work assigned - Ability to think critically especially under tight deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analytical software such as Tableau will be an advantage - Possess Learning & Growth mindset - Independent and able to work well with minimal supervision - Meticulous and attention to details - Good interpersonal and time management skills The level of offer will commensurate with applicant’s experience and track records. Successful candidate will be offered a 2/3-year contract.
