Job Description

The Intern would be tasked with providing additional coverage for managing FM & EHS operations predominantly for the Singapore Office and the larger APAC region on an ad-hoc basis. It covers day-to-day FM & EHS support, including; communications, pantry management, mail management, maintenance, EHS support, office inspections and other FM/EHS programs.

Students must be able to commit to a 6 months Full Time Internship from June 2022 - Jan 2023.

Facilities & EHS – Planning

 Lead FM related Event programs –
Eg. “Cultural Festivities,” “Donation Drives,” “Green is Universal,” “Earth Day,” “Health Day,” “Spring Cleaning,” etc.
 Contribute to Asset Planning & Management.
 Contribute to sustainability, cost-savings, and project management initiatives.
 Assist in space/occupancy planning and preparation for meetings and events.
 Review As-Built Drawings and physical on-site verification to ensure accuracy.
 Assist in the development Reporting and Analytics.
 Assist in specific EHS domains such as ergonomics program, office safety, fire safety, slips, trips & falls prevention.
 Assist in planning of innovative Smart FM/EHS solutions.
 Assist in regular FM communications to employees. i.e., “FM Updates, EDMs”

Facilities & EHS – Management

 Monitoring of day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations.
 Carry out regular inspections of the office to ensure the property functioning in good condition.
 Assist in handling complaints and coordinate repair works accurately and in a safe and timely manner. Maintain & Monitor tracker for open actions and reparations.
 Assist in Hospitality Services – Housekeeping, Pantry Supplies.
 Assist in FM & EHS related Employee Onboarding Experience.
 Lead day-to-day tasks in contractor escorting, cleaning coordination, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
 Assist in Mail Management processing.
