Supervisor for growing Family Support Worker Team in Gering and throughout the Pan Handle.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise a team of front line workers in the field of family support.
• Adhere to DHHS contractual responsibilities and timelines.
• Lead a team in best practices, ethical decision making and professional boundaries that will provide in-home family support, supervised visitations and drug testing.
• Provide instant communication to all professionals involved with cases.
• Grow the team to meet the needs in the Western Service Area.
• Teach, coach and supporting team members in providing skill development related to parenting, basic nutrition, sobriety, healthy relationships, and home management
• Review documentation for quality to support observations during visits with the family

Requirements include:

• 2 years related work experience (1 year direct field experience as a FSW)
• Ability to provide back-up services when required
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and some holidays to support your team.
• Pass a background check
• Valid license and insurance for transportation
• Access to a cell phone and email daily

Competitive Wage and Benefits:

• $45,000/year base (additional credits depending on education and experience)
