Operational Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Applying fertilizer and herbicides
- Managing route / maintaining customer relationships
- Diagnosing turf diseases / insect activity
- Aerating / overseeding / slit seeding

MUST HAVES:
- Self Motivation
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift relatively heavy items
-Illinois Pesticide license
- Valid drivers license/ Class C
-21 years old or older

• Ensuring all customer service contracts are properly staffed, equipped, supplied and executed on a timely basis.
• Ensuring all tools, equipment, vehicles and supplies are properly utilized, maintained and stored.
• Proactively assisting the President in identifying and resolving all customer service issues or concerns on a timely and proactive basis

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Use and maintenance of all telecommunications systems and devices provided.
• Maintaining a neat, secure, well-maintained and adequately supplied shop facility.
• Diligently perform all reporting functions on a routine and timely basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
