Duties and Responsibilities:
Field installation assistance, supervision & Equipment startup and debug.

Field experience with industrial machines, erecting & assembling steel with good troubleshooting skills.

Shop testing and startup of industrial equipment before shipment.

Conduct equipment audits, air and thermal profiles. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

Write detailed daily service reports.

Travel will be local and out of state. 30% - 40% Travel.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
Mechanical or electrical associate engineering degree preferred or equivalent field experience. Minimum of 2 to 10 years’ experience as a service technician in a manufacturing environment and installing equipment or equivalent.

Capable of overseeing and supervising mechanical and electrical installation crews and contractors.

Must be organized, have excellent analytical and communication skills. Able to plan and develop work schedules and assignments.

Capable of reading and understanding mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Knowledge with combustion equipment is an advantage but not required.

Working knowledge of electrical controls and components.

Able to work as a team and independently in environments with no supervision.
