Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Plan-To-Forecast processes (ASR, Budget, Projections, Mid-Month Forecasts) including developing and reviewing assumptions, reviewing targets and supporting plans, preparing and coordinating submissions, reviewing COE outputs etc.
- Monitor, analyze, comment and make recommendations on monthly/quarterly/yearly actual financial performance vs Budget/Projection/Prior Year and on performance trends.
- Attend and support monthly S&OP process.
- Track risks and opportunities at an overall, by business and by country levels.
- Engage and follow through with SEA Business Directors and Country Business Leaders to capture additional opportunities, mitigate risks and develop contingency plans.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial and other reports to Greater Asia and Corporate including adhoc requests during Actual/Projection/ASR/Budget/Mid-Month Forecast.
- Provide analytics, modeling and decision support to SEA Business Directors in monthly performance and Projection/ASR/Budget reviews with Greater Asia and Country Business Leaders.
- Provide analytics, modeling and decision support to SEA Business Directors and Country Business Leaders on strategic and operational initiatives (including Pricing, Cost Effectiveness, RRP proposals, Retail Promotions etc).
- Identify opportunities for growth acceleration and profitability enhancement.
- Support Finance & SEA Business Transformation, M&A integration, Spinoffs, SEA Country and SEA Finance other project initiatives.
