We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our professional and dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be able to perform administrative tasks and answer incoming calls. Our front desk agents are the first people that customers see when they come to our business, so we need a candidate who is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in hotel guests.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Maintain security of all hotel property by following security policies and procedures.
• Communicate with all departments regarding maintenance, repairs, or changes to the room inventory.
• Identify items to be removed from room, such as damaged items or empty food containers.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
• Generate revenue by identifying guests who have not checked out by the check-out time and follow guest checkout procedures.
• Has Front desk experience and can work night audit shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
