Cornerstone Chiropractic is seeking an energetic and friendly assistant to help with day to day patient care, and office management.

The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for the following:

• Contribute to the achievement of Cornerstone Chiropractic’s Purpose
• Maintaining a passionately high morale with a happy and helpful attitude
• Constantly educating patients on the importance of Chiropractic care and the importance of their visits
• Attending to all patient needs in a loving and caring way
• Handling reception – answering phones and calling patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
• Collecting payments, organizing the front desk, and completing all transactions in ChiroTouch record system
• Attend internal and external marketing events
• Learn, own, and utilize all Chiropractic Assistant/Technician scripts
• Follow office procedures and protocols
• Assist the doctor with new and existing patient care including examinations and therapies
• Monitor the flow of the office including exam rooms and therapy areas
• Maintain a clean, Five Star Environment at all times
• Maintain office and patient documentation
• Maintain office equipment
• Help the doctor complete special projects

Job Requirements:

• Must have great communication skills and a positive attitude
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Must be computer proficient typing a minimum of 40 words per minute, and comfortable learning new computer systems (i.e. ChiroTouch)
• A minimum of an associates degree or 2-3 years experience in reception
• Must be willing to work Saturdays
• Previous Chiropractic office experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
