We are a family owned, busy brunch spot in downtown Denver and we are looking skilled Line Cooks to join our awesome team! Enjoy the quality of life of working a 9-5 position within the fast paced, kitchen atmosphere you know and love! We are accepting candidates for full time or part time.

Our ideal candidate will be/have...

- A dependable professional who takes pride in their work and appearance

- A team player who has no problem taking or following the lead when necessary, and supporting their team mates (including the dish pit!)

- A seasoned line cook with at least 2 years of experience in a fast paced full service restaurant

- Ability to assist teams of 3-5 people in closing and opening duties without management oversight.

- Brunch experience is a plus!

- Egg station experience is a plus!

- Reliable source of transportation and communication, including being able to speak/read/write English

- OPEN AVAILABILITY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MORNINGS IS REQUIRED

Job duties include but are not limited to...

- Prepping and cooking on the line weekdays, weekends and select holidays as scheduled

- Having the ability to switch gears during low and high volume times between prep and cooking on the line

- Helping maintain the health department standards and cleanliness of the kitchen by performing daily and weekly cleaning projects appropriate to your station & maintaining a clean station as you work throughout the day

- Being self driven, professional, punctual, and excited to find a long-term position with opportunity to learn and grow in your career

- Holding product quality and food safety standards to the utmost importance and continually putting out a consistent product each time

- Maintaining a good attitude, high level of work ethic, and good relationships with your teammates in the FOH and BOH

- Closing your station correctly and to health code and company standards
