OVERVIEW:
Kipling Group is a General Contractor, Developer and Property Manager. Our primary projects are the construction of two and three story, multi-tenant, wood framed buildings.

Kipling Group is looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to work in the field and closely with our new construction teams and property management teams.

To be successful this individual should have several years’ experience in a similar role working on residential projects including multi-family buildings and custom single family homes while utilizing building and project management skills.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for:

• New Construction: Working closely with Project Manager and Sub Contractors to ensure with quality workmanship and on schedule while keeping a clean and orderly worksite.
• Property Management: Working closely with the On Site Property Manager to trouble shoot and when necessary address maintenance repairs.

Ideal Candidate will posses the following skills:

• Interior Trim Carpentry;
• Door Adjustments;
• Basic maintenance troubleshooting and repairs of residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical;
• Both written and verbal communication skills with Tenants, Team Members and Sub-Contractors;
• Some computer skills to update maintenance requests in various software.

SCHEDULE:

Five days per week on site and in office plus occasional emergency service requests on nights and weekends.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
