Inspire At Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Are you ready to inspire? Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Governor Square Mall is looking for a General Manager.

Must have at least 2 years experience in management/food service

‘Essential Duties

Hire and train new employee, inspire them to be the best! Perform all daily tasks inside store ie:making smoothies, food and giving excellent customer service. Ensure all opening closing and food safety procedures are being done. Responsible for store funds, banking and daily weekly paperwork. Writing schedules and maintaining staffing levels. Coordinate call offs no shows to replace. Place inventory order, checkin and maintain food supplies and supplies are levels to operate store. Comply with all TSC guidelines.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time. Be energetic have a positive attitude and love Smoothies! Have basic math skills and pay attention to details !
