We are hiring for a Global Digital Project Manager and Business Analyst! Open to remote candidates!

This role supports a digital strategy to simplify and create automated process to enable employees globally. Often our stakeholders have deep expertise about our industry, our customers, our processes, our traditions, and our products, but may not see the new ways of doing this in a more efficient or simplified manner using the power of digital applications. Some may know what they want/need, but not see a better way of doing it. Others may know the problem they are trying to solve for, but not how to get to a solution. You will be part facilitator, part project manager, part business analyst, and part solutions technician. You bring strong analytical skills, digital background, intellectual curiosity, strong written and oral communication skills, a sense of optimism, a thirst for learning new technologies and if you delight in helping others solve problems.

Formula for Success:

• Project Management documentation in Azure DevOps and support where needed when a project manager is not currently allocated.
• Project scoping and requirement development to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully. Author user stories and other requirements documents to inform software development.
• Be a change agent for driving the digital transformation and showing value of digital automation and assisting with the people change and on-board employees to new applications and ways of working. Continuous documentation and improvement of new/updated processes. Continuous troubleshooting and problem solving.

The IDEAL candidate must have:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree
• Proven experience with Power Automate, Power App and various Robotic Automation technologies
• Proven experience with GitLab pipeline automation and code management to Experience in relational database management systems to define data relationships for connecting new and existing digital solutions (connected ecosystem)
• Flexible team player with strong ability to collaborate and engage with staff to develop new solutions.
• Experience conducting business analysis, development, and deployment of digital solutions; understand strategic inputs and translating them into functional and technical requirements to build digital solutions
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and skills.
• Above average communication skills are needed. Ability to adapt to change and provide collaborative input at all levels
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work flex hours to meet with teammates and partners across the globe

Skills Desired:

• Usage of Jira/Microsoft Azure DevOps in Agile development, SQL database, Bizaggi Live, Apogee API, and Azure Data Lab
• Experience with Power Automate, Power App and various Robotic Automation technologies
• Experience with GitLab pipeline automation and code management to Experience in relational database management systems to define data relationships for connecting new and existing digital solutions (connected ecosystem)
