Ascend partners with Highland Rivers Behavioral Health, Georgia’s largest Community Service Board (CSB), to staff clinical and non-clinical jobs in behavioral health. Highland Rivers is seeking a Social Services Technician for the ECRA program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitors individuals and providers who participate in Residential Services GHV and HCV Program.
  • Work with DBHDD Regional Transitional Coordinator and Residential Support Services Manager to manage the housing voucher program for the Region.
  • Serves as the Regional GHV/HCV housing expert. Establish relationship with all housing resource providers, local housing authorities, landlords, etc.in order to maximize housing resources available to the Region.
  • Manage all bridge funding requests for the Region.
  • Process applications for a state funded rental assistance programs.
  • Conduct Housing Quality Standard reviews.
  • Liaison to property managers and GHV and HCV Program residence.
  • Maintain a database that facilitates information retrieval and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Master Degree
  • Must Hold a Current GA License: LMSW, LAPC, LCSW, LPC
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in Case Management Services.
  • Preferred: CPS, CACII, CADAC
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug testing and have a clean 7 year motor vehicle report
